The City Clerk's office, headed by Misty Ruiz encompasses the
City's day-to-day functions. Those functions include:
Overseeing and directing all finance functions, including
budgeting, accounting, debt management, financial planning,
accounts payable, customer services,
records management, and information services.
Desha Dawson
Deputy City Clerk
Providing centralized cashiering, meter reading, utility billing,
and credit collection.

Administrative Assistant
